We only send the actual invoice with the goods, which corresponds to the invoice amount paid. It is not possible to send a shortened invoice with the goods.

If your shipment was not delivered, let us know and we will try to resolve the issue with the carrier. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed and it is not always possible to deliver the shipment on the specified date. No transport company is 100% reliable and delays can occur from time to time.

If the shipment was delivered according to tracking but you did not receive it, please first check whether someone from your area (neighbour, family member) took over the shipment.

The goods can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The return option only applies to unused and uninstalled parts that, if possible, are still in their original packaging. Please pack the shipment carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. Please place the goods in an additional delivery box, i.e. do not just use the box in which the delivered product was packed as delivery packaging.
